Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a HSE Advisor to join our growing team in Perth. Reporting to the HSE Manager - HSE Group, the HSE Advisor will assist in maintaining HSE systems, schedules and data to support the delivery of safe projects, along with proactively encouraging a positive HSE culture across the company. The tasks you'll perform Coordinate and report on HSE performance across all Projects and offices Participate in the creation and review of workplace procedures. Provide occasional HSE support to local sites as and when needed Conduct HSE systems audits on site and report with recommendations Monitor audit schedules and corrective action items for closure Oversee incident reporting protocols and data management within digital management system Contribute to project risk assessments Review HSE Management Plans and training packages, align to project requirements Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) The expertise you'll bring Up to 5 years of HSE experience in a previous engineering / resources related environment Certifications or qualifications (Cert IV and/or Diploma) within the HSE / OHS space, in addition to working with HSE systems such as INX etc (preferable) Lead auditor, ICAM, Taproot (not essential) Computer literate, experience in MS Word, Excel, Database Management Thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements Well-developed technical writing and verbal communication skills A desire to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, project and office personnel.
