**Job Summary:** The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a vital role in implementing strategic supply chain initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering customer service levels that provide a competitive advantage through effective inventory management and stock availability
* Lowering the total delivered cost of materials by optimizing demand, freight, and handling costs within working capital requirements
* Managing inventory to drive business success
In performing these tasks, the Supply Chain Coordinator will:
- Build relationships with locations to promote open feedback and improve inventory positions
- Lead locations in terms of inventory capability & development
- Maintain inventory settings in SAP (APO and ECC) to drive optimal outcomes
- Support range reviews and stocktakes to achieve lowest cost supply chains
- Prioritize and time manage competing core responsibilities
**Required Experience and Skills:** To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Supply Chain management and inventory analytics/Supply planner roles
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including logistics, inventory management, and procurement and supplier relationship management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proven experience in KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with SAP, ERP, SAP APO and or S4 IBP planning systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- High level of Microsoft Office capability (incl. MS Excel, Word, Access)
