About the Role
Are you a natural organiser with a passion for people and process? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail‑driven Process Management to join our team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in process coordination and governance, supporting the delivery of high‑quality services to key customers in Perth. You’ll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure everything is on track, on time, and on point.
Responsibilities
- Creating, maintaining, and updating key administrative documents and project artefacts
- Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and supporting general account activities
- Processing devices, updating tickets, and assisting with service management workflows
- Assisting with service reports – interpreting data and presenting insights to Coordinators and Managers
- Supporting quality checks and audits of service partners to maintain high standards
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely reporting and documentation

- Proven experience in administration, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy

- A commitment to compliance and quality, including the ability to pass a National Police Check
Salary
A$95,782.00 – A$100,526.00 per annum.
