About the Role
* This is more than a traditional sales role. You'll be the face of Armstrong Ceiling Solutions in QLD, driving commercial results through a spec–track–close strategy, working on major projects and building trusted partnerships across the construction landscape.
* A critical focus of this role is managing and growing relationships with distributors, resellers and contractors who represent our key channel to market. You'll drive product awareness, support sell-through and ensure our partners are equipped to succeed in a competitive environment.
* From influencing design early to securing contractor sales, you'll deliver market share growth and high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Be a Market Maker: You won't just manage our distributor and contractor network, you will equip them for success, and together, dominate the market.

Who You Are
* You bring energy, initiative and a solid understanding of the commercial construction space.
* A battle-tested professional with 5+ years of on-site or trade sales experience, ideally in building products.
* Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings (RCPs) to identify opportunities and close deals.
* A channel champion who knows how to form and strengthen relationships with distributors and contractors.
* A master connector with strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable talking with everyone from site foremen to design principals.
* Driven and entrepreneurial, with a project management mindset focused on solutions, not just problems.
* A CRM champion who uses data and insights to get results.
* Self-driven, commercially savvy and a team player with a great sense of humour and a can-do attitude.
