The Opportunity
* Be the core pillar for the day-to-day operations of the site
* Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors
* Perform facility inspections and quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations
* Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities
* Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures
* Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices
* Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with CBRE RISE values
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues
Our Ideal Person Is Someone Who
* Previous experience in Facilities Management, property or related role
* Is confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively
* Is dedicated to a customer-centric approach to all tasks
* Is enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills
* Is able to think quickly on their feet and problem solve
* Has strong skills in Microsoft Office and FM related software
