As an experienced Information Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for championing information management awareness, practices, and processes through record creation, transfer, retention, and disposal. You will collaborate with stakeholders to establish and oversee RAAFA's data governance framework, ensuring quality, security, and integrity.

Key responsibilities include maintaining business classification schemes and EDRMS, ensuring privacy and security programs protect the organisation's systems and data, and identifying and assessing privacy risks. You will also develop mitigation strategies and plan, coordinate, and execute archiving/active record schedules in collaboration with business units.

Additionally, you will maintain and configure RAAFA SharePoint and CDMS, coordinating system changes, upgrades, and training/support for key users. It is essential to monitor regulatory changes to stay current with industry information and records management practices.
