Mater Research are looking for a Neurology Research Fellow to join the team.
This part time, maximum term role will be primarily based at our South Brisbane campus with extensive academic and research collaboration undertaken at the Queensland Brain Institute (QBI) for a two-year period.
This opportunity will allow you to work closely with the Cognitive Neurology Research Group to conduct high-quality research projects involving human participants with cognitive disorders due to degenerative brain disease.

Responsibilities Support the Group Leader in developing, coordinating, and undertaking research projects.
Conduct original research in cognitive neurology.
Enroll in a PhD program through the University of Queensland.
Attend cognitive neurology clinics.
Contribute to clinical trials at Mater Hospital.
Qualifications AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner
Completion of two full time equivalent years of core neurology training OR recent completion of neurology training OR demonstrated commitment to training in Neurology
