We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the success of our Commercial Operations in Food Australia. This pivotal role will oversee the deployment of the rice category strategy and operations, ensuring operational excellence on a day-to-day basis. You will be accountable for the regional commercial operations escalation process and work closely with procurement sourcing associates and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all Global food Packaging category in the region
* Drive the Risk management program for their category and other categories in the region
* Continuous improvement of suppliers' performance, and relationships Management
* Contribution into growth targets via effective support of new product launches
* Analyze buying operations program metrics and provide analytic insight to buying category leadership
* Ensure continuity of our suppliers' responsibilities for the inbound supply of materials into product manufacturing locations through timely management of inbound quality requirements
About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to join our organization as a key player in driving procurement category management and the delivery of Value Leadership. If you have demonstrated experience in Procurement and General Supply Chain, excellent understanding of E2E supply chain, in-depth understanding of SRM programs, continuous improvement programs, and Risk Mitigation strategies, strong project management and leadership capabilities, and ability to work under pressure, we want to hear from you.
