About The Role
This role is a Permanent part-time position based in our head office in Wangara. We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our established finance team.
Responsibilities
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the organisation by processing, verifying, and reconciling supplier invoices. Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Accurately processing a high volume of invoices
* Preparing and processing payment runs
* Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving issues
* Strong verbal and written communication to handle internal and external queries
* Well-developed analytical skills
About You
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
* Previous accounts payable and data entry experience
* Ability to contribute to ongoing process improvement
* Experience with ERP systems and expense management systems
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle internal and external queries
