Due to recently awarded contracts with some of Australia's biggest Telecommunications carriers we have a new position for Land Access and Stakeholder Coordinator with Telstra specific experience. The preference is to be based in our new Campbelltown office however we will consider applications from anywhere in Australia.
Reporting to the Access & Stakeholder Manager you will oversee compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements regarding owner notifications and facilitate communication with key stakeholders and landowners to obtain land access approvals ahead of construction.
Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating land access and statutory approval communications.
* Conducting heritage, environmental, and cultural due diligence assessments.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on diverse infrastructure projects.
* Ensuring compliance and timely tenure attainment for telecommunication projects.
About You
* Proven expertise in Telstra IEN & ICF requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management or Stakeholder Engagement.
* Strong proficiency with the Office 365 Suite.
* Excellent communication and high-level negotiation skills.
* Autonomous with an ability to prioritise and maintain internal and external relationships.
