Hours per fortnight


Duties

1. Prepare, verify, and process creditor, debtor, corporate card, and accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, instructions, and legislation.
2. Assist with reconciling the Department’s debtor, creditor, and banking accounts, including following up on outstanding transactions.
3. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial information through appropriate control procedures.
4. Review transactions processed by others to ensure compliance with legislative frameworks.
5. Provide financial support, advice, and assistance to internal and external clients, including resolving queries related to financial transactions and operations.
6. Contribute to the development, review, and improvement of financial policies, procedures, and systems.
7. Support the Finance Management Services branch with additional assignments.
8. Perform duties within your capacity, qualifications, and experience, including any additional tasks allocated.

Experience with Financial Information Management Systems is required.
