**About the Company**
Gain valuable real life experience working with a large NSW government organisation as a Customer Service Representative. This role is a 3 month contract paying $32.69 p/h + super.
**About the Role**
- Provide high quality service as the first point of contact for customers.
- Creative positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction is obtained.
- Managing customer interactions & enquires via inbound/outbound channels
- Working through our different systems such as CRM, EBS and outlook.
- Extensive database management and data entry.
**About You**
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
