Project Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee bespoke residential and architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end builds, ensuring quality and communication excellence throughout.
* Budget management and financial reporting are key responsibilities of this role.
* The selected individual will prepare and monitor budgets, estimates, and financial reports.
* This position also involves administering contracts, variations, and procurement processes.
* Liaising with clients, architects, and trades is essential to ensure quality and effective communication.
Skill Requirements
Applicants should have 3-5 years' experience in project management or contract administration. Proven experience with architectural or luxury builds is highly desirable. Strong financial, estimating, and organisational skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in construction software is a bonus.
