Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care, including haemodialysis services, and ensure that all aspects of care are tailored to meet individual patient needs.
* Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized plans of care for dialysis patients.
* Act as a preceptor and role model to junior staff members, promoting ongoing professional development and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the identification of areas for improvement and development of strategies to address these.
