The Fairbrother Graduate Program is your opportunity to step straight into the construction industry and start building a career you can be proud of.

This two-year, full-time program is designed to help you transition from university into professional practice. You'll work alongside experienced, supportive industry professionals, gain hands-on experience on live projects, and develop the skills that matter most in construction.

Choose your career path

As a Construction Graduate, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of disciplines, helping you discover where your strengths and interests lie.

Areas you may work across include:

* Contract Administration
* Safety, Quality & Environmental Management (SQE)
* Document Control and Reporting
* Project Management
* Site Management

Who should apply?

You're a great fit for the Fairbrother Graduate Program if you:

* Have recently completed, or are close to completing, studies in engineering, architecture/design management or construction management.
* Hold Australian working rights for at least two years.
* Are looking for full-time employment for a minimum of two years.
* Are interested in a career in commercial construction.
* Are keen to learn, get hands-on, and grow in a paid professional role.
* Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science, Construction Management, or similar)
* Bachelor of Construction Management
* Bachelor of Design (Architecture)
* Bachelor of Engineering
* Master's degree in a relevant construction-related field
