You will be responsible for providing mechanical services directly on customer trailers, ensuring every task is completed with a focus on safety, efficiency, and our high standards of quality. You will be provided with a fully equipped service van to handle a variety of tasks and emergency repair calls. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and recondition heavy trailer equipment, including mechanical and general appearance tasks. Perform services efficiently and effectively in the field. Actively participate in our breakdown roster to provide timely emergency repairs. Complete all associated paperwork accurately and on time, including logging materials used. Collaborate with the workshop team and service advisors to ensure a seamless workflow. Adhere to all company and industry safety standards. Skills and Experience Required A valid Trade Qualification in Heavy Vehicle or Trailer Mechanics is essential. Demonstrated experience as a Trailer Technician. In-depth knowledge of heavy trailer brake and air systems. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
