About the Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Group, you will oversee multiple commercial flooring projects from initial client engagement through to final completion. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery, exceptional service, and commercially successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage commercial flooring projects end-to-end, including estimating support, design coordination, documentation, procurement, delivery, and handover
* Lead site coordination, schedule management, and stakeholder communication
* Oversee contracts, variations, cost controls, and reporting
* Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, trades, and industry partners
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in commercial construction and ideally flooring projects
* A hands-on leadership style — someone who can lead by example and inspire others
* Strong contract administration and project delivery capability
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
