Your role
You'll provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to help clients progress in their recovery by:
* Supporting clients at home and in the community
* Assisting with daily living tasks, cognitive stimulation, and behaviour support
* Encouraging independence and skill development
* Working closely with families, allied health professionals, and clinical teams
* Maintaining accurate and professional care documentation
What you'll need
* Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Availability across a variety of shifts, including sleepovers
