**Nedlands MG** have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a **Used/New Car Sales Consultant.**
We believe that buying a used/new car should be a delightful experience, and we're committed to providing our customers with the best service possible. As a Used/New Car Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find the perfect pre-owned vehicle that fits their needs and budget.
**The ROLE**:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalised guidance throughout the sales process.
- Gain in-depth knowledge about our extensive inventory of used cars, understanding their features, specifications, and benefits, to confidently assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Employ a consultative approach to sales, actively listening to customers' needs and recommending suitable vehicles that align with their requirements.
- Guide customers through the negotiation process, offering competitive pricing and financing options, and ensuring a seamless and satisfactory sales experience.
- Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and dealership requirements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and foster long-term relationships.
**YOU**:
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Self-motivated and financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Well presented, professional with an attitude to succeed
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to obtain a motor vehicle salespersons licence
- Availability to work late night every Wednesday and half day every Saturday
- WA drivers' licence is required
- Previous vehicle sales experience preferred but not essential
