Job Title: Retail Operations Manager
The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail section, including training staff, scheduling, and ensuring that customers receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inventory and ensure products are well-stocked and appropriately priced.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
3. Collaborate with the Pharmacist Manager to provide a seamless experience for customers.
4. Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
About You:
* You will have previous retail management experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
* You will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* You will have sound knowledge of stock control, cash handling, security, and store presentation.
* You will be able to build relationships with suppliers.
* You will be able to provide support and guidance to your team.
