At Vasey RSL Care it is rewarding to know that, through our work, we are honouring the men and women who fought for our freedom and democracy.The Administration Officer works as part of the Property & Procurement team to coordinate maintenance requests and work orders to ensure that Vasey RSL Care's buildings, plant, equipment and properties are maintained to the required standards.This role involves work order management utilizing a maintenance management software solution, and daily communication with customers, internal maintenance staff, contractors and stakeholders to coordinate work completion in a timely manner and processing invoices for all property works.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be person-focused, enjoy working collaboratively as part of an effective team and champion excellent service.You will be adaptable in your approach, ensure that all customer enquiries are responded to and be diligent in recordkeeping and compliance processes.You will have:Previous experience in an office environment within the property/building management/real estate setting. Experience in aged care or community housing would be particularly beneficial.Strong computer literacy with emphasis on database management and Microsoft OfficeStrong troubleshooting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to thoroughly question and investigate issuesAbility to work cooperatively as part of a team and independently as required.Strong organisational and time management skillsSatisfactory completion of a National Police Records Check (arranged by Vasey RSL Care).Valid working rights which will be subject to a VEVO check.We recognise the rich diversity of people across Australia.
