Finance Officer Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Officer to join our team.

* About the Role:
* Assist in preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
* Support the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, including processing credit card payments and entering purchase requisitions.
* Perform basic accounting duties, such as general ledger journals and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Data Management: Prepare financial reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
2. Accounts Support: Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, including processing credit card payments and entering purchase requisitions.
3. Accounting Operations: Perform basic accounting duties, such as general ledger journals and asset management.

Requirements:

* Prior experience working in a Finance Administrative role is highly regarded.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* A high level of computer literacy, specifically Microsoft programs (training is provided for internal systems).
* Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to collect, interpret, and manage data efficiently and accurately.
