Leadership Role - Family Violence Response About the Position: The Team Leader-Family Violence Victim Survivor plays a crucial role in providing day-to-day leadership and oversight of an integrated team within The Orange Door. This team is responsible for delivering both family violence and child wellbeing responses, ensuring that individuals affected by family violence receive the support they need. * Provides staff supervision to ensure effective team performance * Manages leave and staff availability to maintain optimal team operations * Provides workforce support to enhance team efficiency * Recruits and onboards new staff members to expand the team's capabilities * Undertakes performance development and performance management to optimize individual and team performance The Team Leader ensures that risk is identified, assessed, and managed in line with the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management (MARAM) Framework, and that information sharing is conducted in accordance with legislation.
