Job Title: Practice Operations Manager
About the role:
You will be responsible for providing high-quality, accurate and timely information, including recommendations and analysis of practice performance, progress toward business objectives and benefits. This includes assessing financial performance, recommending investment targets, evaluating efforts and costs of business operations, managed services and transformation initiatives.
You will understand business priorities, negotiate conflicts with selected practice priorities and other organizational priorities. Key responsibilities include:
* Reporting practice performance, effort and cost of business operations, managed services and transformation initiatives.
* Supporting practice leads and service owners to identify and deliver strategic outcomes, drive performance and manage targets.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with senior management across the business and Technology & Transformation Division.
* Financially savvy, working within Enterprise Procurement Team frameworks and processes.
* Financial management of the practice, including forecasting, target setting and supporting monthly management reporting.
* Obtaining and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the operating model and Enterprise Delivery Framework.
About you:
You will have extensive hands-on experience in portfolio management and reporting, including business performance. We seek someone with multiple technology support and delivery aspects, with experience in various Technology disciplines ideal.
