We're looking for a Head of Sales to take our commercial efforts to the next level.
You'll lead our go-to-market execution and scale a growing remote sales team.
If you're a strategic thinker, a hands-on leader, and passionate about building both people and processes in a SaaS context, you might be just who we need.
What you'll do:
Own and execute our go-to-market strategy, aligning sales with marketing, product, and leadership
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing remote sales team (currently 10 people)
Drive sales performance and be accountable for revenue targets and key KPIs
Ensure effective pipeline management, accurate reporting, and forecasting
Step in where needed – from joining sales calls to closing strategic deals
Shape our SaaS sales culture, processes, and playbooks as we grow
Bring customer and market insights back to product and marketing
What we're looking for:
Proven experience leading B2B SaaS sales teams in a fast-growing scale-up
Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing
Comfortable working in (and leading) a remote-first setup
A natural coach who invests in people and builds strong team culture
Strategic and data-driven – yet hands-on and execution-focused
Proactive, positive, and energised by building something new
