The Role:
The Uptime Manager reviews and triages all maintenance requests, ensuring critical P1 and P2 issues are escalated and resolved within SLA. You’ll reduce avoidable callouts through proactive troubleshooting, manage the R&M inbox, and keep the business informed through accurate daily reporting. This role is central to maintaining store uptime and supporting smooth operations across the network.
You Will Provide :
* Assessment, triage and determination of all non‑critical maintenance requests
* Escalation, monitoring and follow‑up of all critical P1 and P2 issues
* Proactive troubleshooting to minimise unnecessary contractor dispatch
* Preparation and delivery of accurate Daily Offers Down reporting
* Collaboration with Field Operations, Training and Communications teams
* Development, review and maintenance of work instructions and documentation
* Oversight of contractor performance, service quality and SLA adherence
* Timely and professional communication with all stakeholders, including inbox management
* Accurate and up‑to‑date entries within e‑maintenance systems
* Review and approval of quotes in accordance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA)
* Support for safety, compliance and operational standards across stores
* Participation in the weekend and on‑call roster as required
