Summary:

Responsibilities:

* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests
* Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
* Upsell additional services and products to customers as appropriate
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized service area
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or service adviser role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
* Knowledge of automotive, mechanical, or technical services a plus
