What You'll Do:
Lead & Grow the Retail Channel
* Develop and execute an omni‐channel retail strategy aligned with the Group's growth ambitions
* Expand national and international retail distribution across major retailers, independents and emerging sustainability‐focused channels
* Identify opportunities for category expansion, channel diversification and new market entry
Lead Key Accounts & Retail Partnerships
* Manage and grow major domestic and international retail accounts
* Negotiate trading terms, pricing, promotional plans and product listings
