Add a warm welcome to visitors from across the globe, sharing your passion for the Margaret River Region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Give a warm welcome to customers coming into the Visitor Centre
* Process bookings and sales using booking platforms and POS systems
* Maintain exceptional presentation of the Visitor Centre
* Support and demonstrate the region's values and professional standards
* Collaborate with a dedicated and passionate team who are highly invested in the Margaret River Region
Requirements:
* Local knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the Margaret River Region (from Busselton to Augusta)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences, cultures, and information platforms
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work as part of a cohesive team
* Previous experience in customer service, retail, or tourism is desirable but not essential
