Job Description
The Senior Organisational Development Consultant is responsible for developing and implementing organisational development strategies, plans, policies and initiatives to improve organisational culture, capability and performance. The role will work collaboratively across the organisation and within the People and Culture team to achieve this goal.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing plans and frameworks to improve organisational culture and capability.
* Implementing and governing employee network and allyship groups to enable feedback and insights from staff with lived experience.
* Coordinating events for diversity, equity and inclusion significant days.
* Enhancing employment and career pathways to increase workforce profile of underrepresented groups.
* Preparing progress reporting for organisational development related plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Substantial experience in leading organisational development programs and projects.
* Experience addressing contemporary workforce issues and trends regarding strategic human resource management.
* High level conceptual, research and problem-solving skills with experience in organisational strategy and/or policy formulation.
* Interpersonal, verbal, presentation and written communication skills with ability to prepare complex reports and plans.
* Project leadership and management skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage risk.
