Support Worker Job Description
We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you'll provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
* Provide personal care assistance, including daily living activities such as meal preparation and household tasks.
* Assist individuals in attending medical appointments and accessing community resources.
* Support social inclusion and wellbeing activities.
* Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and therapists for holistic care.
Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement.
* Valid unrestricted driver's license.
* Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings.
