**How will I Help?**
The Investment Insights Associate will work in the Investment Monitoring & Insights Team (IMI) which is a key part of the BT Strategy & Product business and has primary responsibility for monitoring and oversight of the investments available across BT's Platforms & Investments' products. BT is the wealth management arm of the Westpac Group.
IMI manages the operations and data capability to support the investment monitoring processes within the business. The team is responsible for delivering quantitative analytics, maintenance of various operating software and supporting stakeholders within Super, Office of the Super Trustee and the Platforms Investment Research Team (PIR).
Other Responsibilities Include; 
- Quantitatively monitor investments on BT menus and deliver key findings and actionable insights 
- Support the research team in provision and presentation of analysis 
- Interaction with third-party research supplier relationships 
- Partner with business stakeholders to collect, analyse and present data to identify solutions to issues 
- Coordinate reporting. This includes sourcing and validating data, maintaining proprietary databases, creating dashboards and report templates

**What do I need?**
To be successful you will have the following:
- Two years' relevant experience in financial services or similar role. 
- Tertiary qualifications (or working toward) in a business/ finance related discipline or equivalent industry experience 
- Proven data analysis and report writing skills 
- Solid understanding of the financial services industry 
- Some exposure to investment research 
- Ability to disseminate relevant and actionable insights from research and data
Technology 
- Advanced MS Office. Working knowledge of CRM Dynamics and Power BI will be well regarded 
- Must be highly skilled in the use of MS Excel and demonstrate experience in building/ maintaining complex databases; while not necessary, coding experience will be viewed favourably 
- Working knowledge of Morningstar Direct
