THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead a flagship bridal boutique in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a female‐driven environment, values premium customer experiences, and enjoys mentoring high‐performing retail teams. You'll take ownership of daily operations, sales performance and team engagement while acting as a brand ambassador in a highly personalized retail setting.

Day-to-Day
* Leading, motivating and developing a boutique team to deliver exceptional, personalised service
* Driving sales performance through coaching, client engagement and in‐store standards
* Managing rosters, wages and boutique operations in line with commercial targets
* Overseeing stock flow, visual presentation and boutique presentation
* Building strong client relationships and fostering repeat business
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
* Ensuring policies, procedures and brand standards are consistently upheld
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Proven experience as a Boutique Manager or Store Manager within premium fashion or luxury retail
* Proven experience working with VIP or high‐value clientele and delivering appointment‐based
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and develop female‐led teams
* A customer‐first mindset with experience delivering highly personalised service
* Confidence managing sales targets, rosters and operational performance
* A genuine passion for fashion, styling and creating memorable in‐store experiences

SALARY

$73,000 base salary + Super
