Key Responsibilities:

* Assess and diagnose hearing loss using various techniques and audiometric tests
">
* Report results in writing and refer clients to medical practitioners when necessary
">
* Recommend solutions for hearing impairment, including amplification devices, implantable devices, medical interventions, and assistive listening devices
">
* Provide counseling, advice, and information to clients and families as part of overall treatment
">
* Develop and manage noise control and hearing conservation strategies
">
* Treat and manage hearing and communication disorders caused by age, disability, injury, or disease
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
* University Audiology qualification or TAFE Audiometry Qualification
">
* Current membership (CCP) or eligibility for membership (CCP) of AudA or ACAud
">
* Current QP number
">
* Solid audiological skills and knowledge
">
* Excellent customer care and service skills, with a passion for delivering an amazing client experience
">
* Ability to learn new software with training
">
* Proven ability to achieve KPIs
">
* Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
">
* Commitment to continued professional development
">
* Good team working skills
">
* Ability to network with GP's and other allied health professionals
