Join our vibrant and busy GP Clinic in Robina as a Junior Medical Receptionist on weekdays, weekends, Public Holidays and School Holidays.

This role is exclusive for High School / Gap Year Students.
As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients.
Duties
* Welcoming patients with a warm smile and outstanding customer service
* Assisting with incoming and outgoing phone calls
* Managing and scheduling patient appointments and data entry
* Ensuring a smooth registration process
* Providing administrative support to the clinical team as required
* Billing and processing payments
* Maintain cleanliness of clinic and treatment rooms
* Providing GP assistance where required within scope of receptionist role
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and communication skills with an exceptional phone manner
* Compassionate and caring in nature
* Positive and proactive attitudeA willingness to learn and display initiative
* Time management, Ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Neat and skilled presentation
* Basic Computer Skills (We will train you to use Medical Directory software)

We are open 7 days a week and strive to allocate shifts that accommodate both your convenience and our operational requirements.
