Ideally you'll have

* 2+ years of recruitment-related experience
* Enjoy meeting people and hearing their stories
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail
* A degree in HR or similar (desirable but not essential)
