We're partnering with a leading national organisation undergoing a major, business-critical technology and operational transformation program. This initiative involves the rollout of a new digital platform, including system integrations and in-field hardware, that will significantly enhance operational efficiency across a large, distributed workforce.
As part of this program, we're looking for an experienced Change & Communications Manager to lead the people side of change and ensure a smooth, well-coordinated rollout.
The Role
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the end-to-end change and communications strategy for a large-scale technology implementation impacting field-based and operational teams.
Working closely with project managers, deployment teams, training, and business stakeholders, you'll ensure that changes are clearly understood, effectively adopted, and delivered with minimal disruption.
This is a hands‐on role in a fast‐paced environment, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the change management strategy, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and adoption planning
* Partner with deployment, training, and operational teams to align change activities with rollout schedules
* Conduct change impact assessments across diverse user groups
* Lead stakeholder engagement activities such as workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions
* Prepare operational teams for upcoming changes, ensuring clarity on timelines and expectations
* Monitor readiness, adoption, and feedback, and proactively manage risks or resistance
* Align training content with change messaging and user needs
* Provide regular reporting on change progress and communication effectiveness
About You
* Proven experience in Change Management and/or Communications roles within technology or transformation programs
* Strong ability to translate complex technical or operational changes into clear, engaging messaging
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across both corporate and operational environments
* Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
* Calm under pressure with strong problem‐solving capability
* Focused on user experience, adoption, and supporting teams through change
* Experience supporting large‐scale technology implementations or operational rollouts
* Strong understanding of change frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
* Experience working with field‐based or branch‐based workforces
* Exposure to logistics, fleet, or asset‐heavy environments (highly regarded)
* Proficiency with communication and collaboration tools
