Job Title: Infrastructure Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and implement ITS infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
* Maintain and support the ongoing business-as-usual ITS environment, guaranteeing optimal performance and efficiency.
This role involves designing and implementing secure ITS solutions, as well as performing disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
Additional responsibilities include managing external vendors and projects, designing capacity plans, and assisting with technology selection for the company's ITS Network and Voice Systems.
Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or Information Technology are essential, accompanied by at least 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure & networking roles. Certifications in Cisco - CCNP and extensive experience with Cisco Routers and Switches & Palo Alto firewalls are also necessary.
