About the Role
Working as part of our established Geoscience and Remediation Services (GRS) team, you will collaborate with a team of environmental engineers, scientists, hydrogeologists and geologists to provide contaminated land assessment, environmental monitoring, and remediation consulting across a wide range of projects, including those in the oil and gas, mining, Department of Defence, and public sectors. The role involves working on challenging projects across various industries, with a focus on fieldwork supported by office-based tasks. You will also have the opportunity to work on remote client sites, collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
How you'll make a difference:
Assist with fieldwork and environmental data collection across a variety of project sites, including short, medium and / or long-term site programs, and occasionally work interstate to support the national GRS team as opportunities arise.
Support soil, sediment, surface water and groundwater monitoring programs.
Contribute to contamination investigations and remediation projects of varying size and complexity.
Collect, handle, and manage environmental samples from a range of media, ensuring sample quality.
Manage contamination data inputs and outputs.
Prepare and support the development of technical environmental reports.
Collaborate with offices across Australia and New Zealand, gaining exposure to a wide range of projects and disciplines.
