Responsibilities
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food as per company standards
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required weekly
- Prepare food orders for customers with allergies
- Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage as well as cash outs and balancing
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures as well as transfer skills to new employees
- Ensure that food and service meet corporate standards for consistency
- Assist with food preparation and packing to help out to ensure orders are met in a timely fashion
- Deal with customer issues to resolve issues that arise
Requirements
- 3 years restaurant experience or 1 year restaurant supervisor experience
- Punctual
- Ability to face pace
- Able to lead and manage conflict
- Scheduling
- Shift work, flexible schedule, evening, weekend and days
