Requirements
* A current registration with AHPRA and commitment to ongoing professional development requirements.
* Demonstrated leadership and operational experience, with expertise in change management, quality improvement, customer service principles, and staff education.
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, including the facilitation of sensitive conversations.
