About the Role
* Providing eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele.
* Dispensing lenses and frames according to prescriptions provided by our optometrists.
* Building meaningful relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
* Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
About the Person
* 1+ year of experience in optical retail or 2+ years of retail sales experience.
* Previous responsibility for store opening/closing duties.
* Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
* Confident, clear, and effective communication skills.
* Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships.
* Self‑motivated, positive, and friendly manner.
Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired but not essential.
