About The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of existing customers in Queensland.
* This role requires a blend of customer-centric sales capability and strong analytical and reporting skills, with a deep understanding of the seafood sector.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify new business opportunities across foodservice and wholesale channels and drive business growth by developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects.
* Manage and grow our Value-Added portfolio of existing customers including major distributors.
* Identify new business opportunities across foodservice and wholesale channels.
* Conduct customer reviews using sales and margin data to support upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Drive product ranging, menu placement, and promotional execution through value-led selling.
* Representing and demonstrating Brands/Products at industry events.
* Prepare sales presentations, Communicate the progress of monthly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
