Join our Operations Team as a Port Delivery Agent Guides Scheduler in Sydney. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for planning guides across Australia to ensure smooth shore excursion and tour operations.
Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a specialist business providing cruise ship handling services worldwide. You will work closely with cruise lines and their clients in Australia. This is a Sydney-based role with potential travel opportunities within the country.

Our Offer
* A starting salary of 61,300 AUD gross per year.

Candidate Profile
* Methodical and organized with high accuracy.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Teams, OneNote, Outlook).
* Resilient, adaptable to change, and independent problem-solver.
* Helpful, flexible, and professional personality.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Experience in travel/tourism is advantageous; driver’s license is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit guides via association websites, set up information, and handle contracts.
* Plan and schedule guides for shore excursions across Australia.
* Share operational requirements and documentation.
* Coordinate with the Port Delivery Team and Port Operations Manager.
* Develop feedback documents and ensure timely payroll processing.
* Manage operational changes and last-minute requests.
