As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage a group of professionals who are passionate about providing support to individuals living with mental health conditions.
This is a full-time and permanent role that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
* Develop and implement programs that provide safe and inclusive spaces for people to develop life skills and build confidence.
* Connect with others through shared experiences and access tools and resources to support mental health recovery.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Certificate IV in Mental Health, Peer Work or similar qualification, or be currently enrolled in study.
* Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing staff.
* High level written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to exercise tact, courtesy and judgement whilst maintaining confidentiality.
* Be a team player with a commitment to great customer service.
