Key Responsibilities:
* Providing leadership and guidance to the culinary team
* Ensuring high-quality food services that meet the nutritional needs of our residents
* Managing menus, ordering, and inventory control
* Supervising staff and promoting a safe working environment
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
* Diploma of Hospitality
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Health Care Competencies)
* Significant experience in a similar role in residential care or health care sectors
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
