CARCO is seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Manager to join our dynamic dealership group. This is a key role working across our diverse multi-brand portfolio, including Mitsubishi, Nissan, Suzuki, Isuzu and Xpeng.
To be successful, you will be self-motivated, financially driven and possess a natural ability to establish, maintain and grow strong corporate relationships. YOU WILL HAVE:
* Current driver's licence
* Strong understanding of all aspects of fleet operations
* Highly developed knowledge of the automotive industry
* Ability to understand, profile and respond to customer needs
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Yard Manager's Licence
* Previous fleet sales experience in the automotive industry (essential)
