What you will be doing:
We are seeking a Planned Parts Coordinator to join our Planned Parts team in Mount Isa.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor and Marlanda Project Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and management of parts to support site operations. Your responsibilities will include:
•Planning and coordinating parts-related activities in line with production schedules, budgets, and company policies.
•Supporting execution and planning teams with materials requirements.
•Expediting materials to meet operational needs.
•Processing and receipting inward freight, then allocating and storing parts correctly.
•Updating work order statuses and maintaining accurate records.
•Implementing and sustaining effective planning processes.
•Managing excess parts inventory.
•Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
•Supporting project reporting and KPI tracking.
What you will bring:
•Experience or a strong interest in the Planned Parts function.
•A passion for continuous improvement and learning new systems and processes.
•Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
•Results-oriented mindset with initiative to see tasks through to completion.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
•Manual Driver’s Licence.
•Mine site ready and/or Forklift Licence.
•Based in Mount Isa or willing to relocate.
