Key Responsibilities
* Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and streamline transportation and inventory management operations.
* Maintain accurate and synchronized systems across the supply chain function, adhering to data discipline and structured processes.
* Oversight of galley planning, ensuring efficient utilization of onboard space, proper weight distribution, and adherence to safety regulations.
* Promote, maintain, and coordinate in-flight logistics standard operating procedures with colleagues, ensuring a uniform approach to information release.
Requirements
* Relevant experience, ideally in aviation or catering (considering other backgrounds)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
* Experience in reengineering key processes and delivering continuous improvement concepts
* Understanding of galley planning and retail systems
