We are looking for a Head of Concierge to join our team in Melbourne.
This dynamic role combines on-site guest service with back-office operational support.
About the Role
This position requires the Head of Concierge to cover multiple client sites, roam between buildings, greet visitors, build tenant relationships, and maintain a warm, professional presence.
Off-desk responsibilities include documenting operating procedures, planning relief coverage, and managing uniforms and resources.

Provide seamless relief coverage across all client sites.
Serve as the main face of the service in commercial lobbies.
Document operating procedures and maintain operational records.
Plan and coordinate relief coverage schedules.
Manage uniforms and operational resources.
